Awesome 📷💯
Hi Julia , If I remember right you shot with one shot af , did you do the same here , as she was moving fairly quick
How to you find great models to work with?
I love the flexibility of a zoom but like the sharpness and bokeh that comes from a nice prime.
Great video. I know you love primes for all of the portrait photography you do but what lens would you consider to be the best for walking around lenses in places like Paris and Las Vegas (busy city scenes)?
Great! Thank You.
If You need one lens
1. Canon EF 35mm f/1.4L II USM or
2. Canon 24-70mm f/2.8L II USM or
3. Sigma 35mm f1.4 Art?
What is your choice?
Great video, I really loved the fact that on so many of the photos you showed the SOOC image first and then the edited one. What a genius idea 🙂
Really want to see a Tamron 24-70 G2 f/2.8 comparison video, since I do not have the budget for this lens…
I was surprised about how fantastic the crops look! In fact, I would edit a series of ALL crops. The street environment didn’t do anything for me- Now question-in full daylight, illuminated shadows how far off will you be with ANY decent lens on the 5DM4?
Actually I'm considering to purchase a zoom lens for my Olympus micro four third camera. Still can't decide which zoom lens to get tho 😪
Best photos editer
Love your work and your videos. I just picked up this lens and have only had one day to play with it. I feel like you mention bokeh in all the videos I’ve seen but not in this one. Where you pleased with the 24-70’s bokeh? Thank you
You Have God Gifted Model ❤❤
Am i the only one who liked unedited pictures more (just personal opinion)
❤️❤️
Beautiful photos. I think a 24-70mm lens is great but not in the night. It is too slow Specially with a olympus micro four thirds. You have to push very high the iso and you get a noisy photo.
You’re looking awesome than the model why don’t you be a model for one at least one video please
I honestly loved the flares I didn’t think they were distracting at all. I personally would’ve kept them, but you did a great job in cleaning them up
Блин, всё красиво , но нифига не ясно. Нерусь, жалко.
one of my fav lens
Hey Julia! Thanks for sharing this video ☺️ I also shoot with this exact set up. Can I ask how you focus? Do you use one shot? Continuous? Do you place the focus point directly on her eyes and shoot OR focus and recompose each time? So many questions! Absolutely love your work 😍 Thank you
First of all thank you for the video! Mahalia has a very nice face but I think she's very slim!
And I wonder about the lens hood. I always use it in the opposite direction on the lens. Can you explain why you use in the transport position?
Back to the video, I have only two zoom lenses but 6 fixed focal length. I love my Sigma Art 135 1.8, it works great on my D 750 and the Z6. I mostly use ist for portraits of my two lovely cats. But the nikkor AF-S 85 1.8G is much smaller and lighter than the Sigma 135 1.8. So the 85 often comes with me when I'm on a trip an the weight must be small. For every day photgraphy I use the Nikon Z6 with the Nikkor Z 35 1.8S or the Sigma 50 1.4EX DG HSM(the old one 50mm). On the D 750 I often use the Tamron SP AF 35 1.8 Di VC USD, it's a very compact combination. For the rare moments of landscape photography I have a Nikkor AF-S 20 1.8G. And if I have a very sunny and bright day I use my Sigma Art 24 -105/4 DG OS on either cameras. My Tamron SP 70-300/4-5.6 Di VC USD was a bad buy, I hardly ever use it. But to be honest I'm looking for a 24-70/2.8 that I can use at both cameras. Sometimes there are moments when a 35 mm is too short and a 85 mm is too long.
I noticed a huge increase in sharpness when I upgraded from the original 24-70mm f/2.8L to the version 2.
I'll probably get the 28-70mm f/2.0L lens next year which will be almost as good as carrying a few prime lenses.
