What a engineering
This is a wonderful laptop.
However, it looks expensive.
No wonder why I purchased this beauty yesterday.
I bought this Lenovo ThinkPad S1 Yoga in January 2014, and it still rocks now!
After a solid four years, its 500 GB 2.5" SATA harddisk was recently troubled. Reinstalling OS didn't help. Probably, errors related to bad sectors or physical damage, or its age. Even the Lenovo Service Center here couldn't locate in which particular part it has the problem. Yesterday I replaced the hard disk with a 240 GB SSD, and this machine comes like a new.
On 2016 my toddler broke the keyboard letters… The complete guide for disassembling and parts replacement is available online and in very much details, so much so that I (without any background of engineering) can replace the keyboard myself.

Dilemma choosing between MacBook and yoga
The ThinkPad Yogas are pretty much the only modern day ThinkPads I personally like mainly due to the fact that the dedicated volume buttons that they feature on the right side of them work just fine in laptop mode which is gold in my book (without the obvious reasons being that they can be transformed into different modes and the lift n lock keyboard design).
Bringing back the dedicated trackpoint button layout was the best thing you've done yet Lenovo.
